During my course modules I studied were general graphic design, advertising, photography, brand identity, magazine layout and web design. This varied experience gives me a broader knowledge in visual communication.
Programs i am able to use are:
Microsoft: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Adobe programs: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash.
Working last summer with BDA gave me valuable skills and hands on experience: not only has it enabled me to work on ‘live’ shoots with some highly talented people, but also provided an insight into the processes involved in bringing large scale projects to fruition. Seeing the work that goes on behind the scenes and the specific roles that people play within an agency, has given me a greater grasp on my ambition to become a full time graphic designer.
